Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) Assessments and Coaching

As a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), I provide certified assessment and debrief services designed to support meaningful growth in intercultural competence. The IDI is a research-based tool that measures how individuals and groups perceive and respond to cultural differences, offering a clear, personalized roadmap for development. It is widely used by organizations, educators, and leaders seeking to build more inclusive, effective cross-cultural relationships.

Alongside the assessment, I offer one-on-one coaching focused on personal reflection, curiosity, and growth. These sessions create space to explore your experiences, assumptions, and questions about where you fall on the intercultural development continuum in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Together, we work at your pace to deepen awareness, build empathy, and develop practical ways of engaging more thoughtfully and authentically across cultural differences in your everyday life.
