Spiritual Direction Services

Spiritual direction is a relational and reflective process where the spiritual guide or director companions the directee in exploring the landscape of their inner life. Rooted in the rhythms of nature, the wisdom of the body, mindfulness, and inner-listening, this practice invites a deepening connection to the sacred threads that weave through everyday experience.

Through attentive listening, spacious conversation, and thoughtful questions, the guide supports the directee in becoming more attuned to their intuition, inner knowing, and sense of belonging within the larger web of life. Together, they tend to the movements of the soul, noticing where growth, release, or renewal may be unfolding.

Unlike counseling or friendship, spiritual direction is not about problem-solving or advice. Instead, it offers a sanctuary for self-discovery, discernment, spiritual growth and connection to relevant resources. It is a place to listen for what is emerging from within and from the natural world around us.

Consultation

A complementary 30 minute consultation is provided for anyone interested in learning more about services provided and how spiritual direction can support you.

INTAKE Session - $200

One required 90 minute session to get to know one another, discuss areas of interest and exploration, and set future sessions.

Sessions - $100

Ad hoc spiritual direction sessions as discussed and scheduled in coordination with the client and Brianna.
